Cancellation Policy

2008 NSS Convention Registration Fee Cancellation Policy

If you cancel on or before May 31, 2008:

All of your registration fees will be refunded and all of your tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc.) will be refunded.

If you cancel in June 2008:

75% of your registration fees will be refunded. There is no refund for tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc). You will be mailed these items. A shipping/processing fee of $10 per person will apply to all goods sent, which will be subtracted from your refund.

If you cancel after June 30, 2008:

25% of your registration fees will be refunded. No refund for tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc.). You will be mailed these items. A shipping/processing fee of $10 per person will apply to all goods sent, which will be subtracted from your refund.
