BOG/COG Liaison
Coordinates meetings for the Board of Governors and the Congress of Grottos
Set up the meeting rooms at Lake City Community College
Arrange for refreshments and lunch
Coordinate A/V needs
Make photo copies as needed
Reports to the Logistics Coordinator

Volunteer Coordinator
Organizes the general volunteers
Assign tasks to volunteers at the convention
Need someone mature and responsible for this position
Reports to the Logistics Coordinator

General Pool of Volunteers
Many volunteers are needed during the convention to do odd jobs
Report to the Volunteer Coordinator for assigned tasks

Oversees the logistics details for the Geology Field Trip Sunday August 10, 2008
Oversees the logistics details for the Ecology Field Trip Sunday August 10, 2008
Coordinate bus transportation
Coordinate chase vehicle
Coordinate lunch
Reports to Convention Chair

Bus Transportation Coordinator
Coordinates Bus transportation for the Convention between Lake City Community College, Columbia High School, and the Campground at Columbia County Fair Grounds
Liaison with the Columbia County School System
Reports to the Convention Chair

Health and Safety Coordinator
Coordinates first aid for the convention
Set up and staff a first aid station at the Columbia County Fair Grounds
Identify and coordinate with local medical resources
Have trained staff available at Howdy party, Campground Party, Vertical Contests
Reports to the Convention Chair

Consignment Sales Coordinator
Organizes the sale of consignment items at Lake City Community College
A locked room will be provided
Anything can be placed on consignment except for firearms
Staffed by volunteers
Reports to the Convention Chair

Pool and Hot Tub Coordinator
Organize the construction or rental of a pool, hot tub, and enclosure at the Columbia County Fair Grounds
Coordinate staffing for the hot tub area
Report to the Campground Coordinator
