Rules and Regulations
General Items While this list is not all inclusive, it is meant as a general guide. For updated policy information, please refer to the Program and at Registration. Any disputes will be settled at the discretion of the Convention Chairman. Although Convention is a self-policing gathering, it is not immune to the laws of Florida. Wear your convention name badge at all times. Name badges are required for all field trips, evening entertainment, and campground/school access. Please wear your name badge in town and at local establishments to help promote good will with the citzens of Columbia County. White-Nose Syndrome You are required to bring clean caving gear to the convention. Please help us prevent White-Nose Syndrome! Lake City Community College Rules and regulations for LCCC will be posted soon. Columbia County Fair Grounds Rules and regulations for the Columbia County Fair Grounds will be posted soon. Nightly Events Rules and regulations for the night events will be posted soon. |
