Columbia County Fair Grounds
The Monday night Howdy Party, the Wednesday night Campground Party, the Auction, and optional camping will be located at Columbia County Fair Grounds.
Attendees may camp at the Columbia County Campground facilities from
Thursday morning, August 7th, until Saturday, August 16th.
Lake City Community College
Lake City Community College is located east of Lake City, Florida on Highway 90. We will have the entire campus to use for the Convention.

Registration at
the college opens at noon on Saturday, August 9th.
Early arrivals/campers
should check with security on Saturday morning - we will attempt to open
registration early on Saturday to accommodate the early arrivals and keep
lines from forming.
LCCC has a sufficient number of free, moderately-sized, shaded parking lots scattered around the campus to easily accommodate the convention.
Breakfast, lunch, and the Friday night banquet will be catered at the college by Mississippi Management, Inc. There is no food or drink allowed in the rooms unless the room is specified for a lunch meeting.
The Banquet will be held in the Gymnasium on Friday night.
Food Services at the Lake City Community College
Cafeteria Service: The campus cafeteria will be open for walk up service
including breakfast and lunch from Monday, 08/11/08, through Friday,
08/15/08. For breakfast they will offer a variety of grab-and-go breakfast
sandwiches, baked goods, fresh fruit as well as coffee, juices, and other
standard fare. They will also offer an All-You-Can-Eat breakfast buffet for
only $5.99.
Lunch offerings will include a number of freshly prepared sub sandwiches,
wraps, salads, burgers and fries, wings, chicken fingers and a hot meal
special.
Also, to help out with our setup crew, they will offer a family style lunch
special on Saturday and Sunday, 08/09/08 and 08/10/08.
Due to preparations for college classes starting soon after our Convention,
the following Saturday (8/16) food will NOT be available.
